Refund policy
At POMA & Co., your satisfaction means everything to us. We work hard to provide accurate sizing information and a straightforward exchange process to make online shopping as stress-free as possible.
We’re happy to offer hassle-free exchanges. If the size you need isn’t available due to low stock, we’ll issue a credit note.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
- Refunds are only issued for faulty items.
- Customers are responsible for all return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must:
- Be returned and received within 7 days of purchase
- Be in original, unworn condition, free from stains or marks
- Have swing tags attached and be in original packaging
We cannot accept returns on sale items or promotional items.

- POMA & Co. reserves the right to decline returns if the above conditions are not met.
