Shipping policy

At POMA & Co., we aim to make shipping as smooth as our fits. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Shipping Within Australia

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days - $12.00 flat rate

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days - $15.00 flat rate

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 AUD

Local Delivery: If you’re located within 10km of NSW postcode 2567, your order qualifies for free delivery. This will be automatically applied once you enter your postcode at checkout.

All orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days of purchase.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can check your delivery status at any time.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first.
